How we work

A small tattoo packed with detail blurs as it ages. So we start from the smallest size your design can carry and tell you that size when we quote.

We don’t tattoo hands, feet, elbows or knees. The skin on hands and feet renews faster, and elbows and knees fold all day, so thin lines blur and fade sooner. Tell us your idea and we suggest a placement where it still looks like your design in five years.

Walk-in prices

PiecePrice
Fine line, up to 5 × 5 cm, 1 piece50 €
Fine line, 2 pieces80 €
Fine line, 3 pieces120 €

VAT is included. A small piece takes 15–20 minutes, Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00–23:00. Anything bigger or more detailed is planned and quoted individually; to hold a date you pay a deposit from 50 €, and it comes off the final price. You need to be 18 or older, with a photo ID.

Healing and sun

Fine line heals like any other tattoo. Keep it clean, apply a thin layer of cream 2–3 times a day, and stay out of the beach, sun and swimming for a month. Do not use antiseptic or alcohol. Redness, itching and peeling are normal at some stages. Once it has healed, protect it from sun on holiday, because strong sun fades tattoos over the years. The day-by-day routine is in the aftercare guide.

Touch-ups

A fine line tattoo can need a touch-up. Small walk-in pieces rarely do. For larger or detailed work we tell you in advance if a touch-up is likely, so it is part of the plan.

Who does it

Margo does most of our fine line work above. She works in millimetres and fits the design to your body rather than the other way round. Lorenzo has done the rest.

“Perfect!!! We loved every second of our visit. We had 2 fine line tattoos and she made sure our were personal to us. Would definitely recommend. If we have some time left in Malaga we’d love to get some more ink.”

Questions

Do fine line tattoos fade faster?

A small tattoo packed with detail blurs as it ages, which is why size, placement and sun protection matter. A design that fits its size lasts better than a detailed one squeezed into a tiny space.

Can I come without an appointment?

Yes, for fine line up to 5 × 5 cm: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00–23:00.

Can I bring my own design?

Yes. Bring a sketch, a photo or a screenshot, or pick a frame from the gallery and we adapt it to you.

What if a line looks blurred after healing?

That can be a blown-out tattoo, which is different from ageing. Blown-out tattoo: what it is and can it be fixed explains it.

How much does a fine line tattoo cost in Málaga?

A walk-in fine line piece up to 5 × 5 cm costs 50 € for one, 80 € for two and 120 € for three, VAT included. Anything bigger or more detailed is quoted individually once we know the size, placement and detail. How much a tattoo costs in Spain has the longer answer.

Does it hurt?

Most small pieces are quick. Our pain guide goes through the placements.
