The photos and texts here belong to the studio and to the artists who made the work. Please don’t republish them without asking. Prices and examples on this page are information, not a binding offer — what counts is the quote we agree with you. Spanish law applies; disputes go to the courts of Málaga, unless the law lets you choose your own as a consumer.

- What we collect
- What you send us when you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, your message, reference photos and the details of the tattoo. And, in the studio, what the consent form asks for: your identity document, date of birth, the health questions relevant to the session, and your signature.
- Why
- To answer your request, prepare the design and book your session.
- Legal basis
- Your request and the steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). The consent form signed in the studio also rests on our legal obligation to draw it up, give you a copy and keep it (art. 6.1.c GDPR, arts. 17 and 20 of Decreto 71/2017); the health questions on it are processed with your explicit consent (art. 9.2.a), and the form is kept as evidence if a claim is ever made (art. 9.2.f). Photos of your tattoo are published only if you tick that box on the form, and only until you withdraw it (art. 6.1.a).
- How long
- Signed consent forms are kept in the studio for five years from the session, as required by Decreto 71/2017 (art. 20), and destroyed afterwards. Photos of finished work stay online until the consent for them is withdrawn. Messages about a quote are kept no longer than a year, and often less.
- Who else sees it
- The quote form opens WhatsApp: your message goes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, only the people who help us run the studio: our accountant (gestoría), for invoices and bookkeeping; the company that hosts this website; the service that counts visits to it (Umami, see “Cookies” below); and our email provider. They handle the data on our instructions and for nothing else. We don’t sell it and we don’t share it with anyone else.

- Access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability: write to inkside.malaga@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es.
